Our vocational training programmes
We offer a range of specialised vocational training programmes designed to equip you with the skills and qualifications for your chosen career. Our approach is focused on practical application, personalised support, and real-world readiness, operating from our bases in Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent.
Fitness & personal training
We deliver Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. These core programmes are taught through structured teaching and practical assessment, with small cohorts or 1-1 training.
Teaching assistant sector
As we grow, our medium-term plans (Years 2-4) include expanding into the Teaching Assistant sector, helping learners secure roles in schools. This phase will strengthen employer links and increase learner capacity (50-80 learners per year) across our regional operations, using blended delivery models.
Early years education
Our long-term vision (Years 4+) includes expanding into the Early Years education sector, offering qualifications for careers in childcare and early years settings. We aim for flexible and blended learning approaches, supported by regional and national provision, targeting 100+ learners per year.
